Think Outside the Inbox : How to Manage Your Email
Email is one of many powerful marketing and communication tools. With so many ways to communicate, there are also increased opportunities to rub someone the wrong way. Email with its speed and immediacy can give rise to communication breakdowns. There are many issues which impact on the quality of the emails we send, and with over 100 email messages clogging up the average office professional’s inbox on a daily basis it can be impossible to find the ones we actually need. And there is often an imbalance in email between the sender and the receiver.
In the session participants will identify best practice in sending email messages and also consider ways of approaching, organising and prioritising their email correspondence.
